Deposit Policy

We require a minimum deposit to hold Your Wedding Date.

Your best photos may be posted on our website at no additional cost.
FlkeysWeddings.com / Florida Keys Weddings, LLC "the Studio" reserves the
right to reproduce photos for display, publication, or other purposes.
Should the Customer cancel the Studio's services for the wedding date
specified in the Agreement, the customer realizes that it could result
in damages to the Studio. Since it is impossible to ascertain the extent
of these damages at this time, it is agreed that the retainer paid to
the Studio will not be refunded. These monies will be considered as
liquidated damages to compensate the Studio for loss of income, rather
than as a penalty.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed
in a workmanlike manner according to industry standards. Any alteration
or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs, will be
executed upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and
above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or
delays beyond our control.
